Job summary

Tropiq is seeking a senior partnerships lead to open doors with airlines and operators, forge international data agreements, and lay the groundwork for entering new markets. You will champion Tropiq's AI-driven intelligence to partners and work directly with the founder to articulate the value proposition.

You'll own relationships, source data partnerships, negotiate terms, and drive integrations with product and engineering while staying attuned to partner needs globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles, bonus for aviation, data licensing, or international expansion.
• Strong closer who can manage long, relationship-driven deals.
• Able to discuss a technical, AI-driven product credibly with partners.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity of building something new.
• Aviation industry experience or active pilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build airline and operator partnerships from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Open international markets: negotiate data partnerships and navigate regional aeronautical data and regulation.
• Position Tropiq's AI-driven safety and briefing capabilities to sophisticated partners.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship integrations from partnerships.
• Serve as on-the-ground voice of market needs for each new partner.
