Job summary

Tropiq, a remote-first company serving pilots, is seeking a Senior Customer Success & Community Manager in the United States. This is a full-time, remote role with bases in Denver and Phoenix, offering $90k–$130k plus profit sharing.

You’ll own onboarding, pilot support, and a growing community, using AI to scale personal touch without feeling robotic. You’ll collaborate across product and engineering, turning recurring questions into documented fixes, and shaping the help center and community

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, support, or community roles.
• Exceptional communicator who engages authentically in a community.
• Experience using AI tooling to scale support without losing the human touch.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, support, and retention to help pilots get value quickly.
• Build and nurture the Tropiq pilot community across forums and events.
• Use AI to scale personalized support and community engagement.
• Document recurring questions into fixes or product changes.
• Be the voice of users to product and engineering; craft the community playbook.
