Job summary

Tropiq is looking for a senior growth/marketing leader to own our content engine and growth experiments. You will drive content across blog, learn library, email, and social, using AI as a multiplier while preserving a human, pilot-centric voice.

You’ll run end-to-end growth programs—SEO, emails, paid channels, partnerships—and plan product launches to boost beta signups and beyond. This is a remote-first, influencer-driven startup with leverage and direct founder access.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth or content marketing, ideally at an early-stage prosumer or B2C SaaS.
• A strong writer who can go from blank page to published without hand-holding.
• Fluent with AI tooling as a force multiplier, and opinionated about where it helps vs. where it flattens the voice.
• Comfortable across the full funnel: SEO, email, social, paid, and analytics.
• Aviation enthusiasts especially encouraged (not a pilot yet? We'll help you get there)

Responsibilities

• Own the content engine — blog, the learn library, email, and social across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Use AI to scale without going generic: drafting, research, repurposing, and experimentation — while keeping our pilot-to-pilot voice unmistakably human
• Run growth experiments end-to-end — landing pages, SEO, paid, partnerships — and double down on what works
• Plan and ship product launches that drive signups for our beta and beyond
• Get close to the people we serve — flight schools, clubs, and forums — and turn their stories into marketing
