Job summary

Expeditors is a global logistics company seeking an Air Export Clerk in Florida. You will assist the Air/Ocean Export Department, ensuring accurate and compliant shipments, and support customers, overseas offices, and carriers.

You will handle documentation, data entry, invoicing, and collaborate to maintain timely shipment movement while upholding service quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
• Proactive, well-organized with attention to detail.
• Good computer skills including MS Excel.
• Hazardous Materials certification preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Air Export Supervisor in daily operations of the Air/ Ocean Export Department.
• Prepare documents for international shipments and ensure compliance with OPS and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and overseas offices to secure space and services.
• Handle data entry and billing accurately and timely.
• Support KPI achievement and service quality improvements.
• Maintain shipment records and provide visibility to customers.
