Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• Highschool diploma, GED or International equivalent.
• Professionally handle inbound/outbound calls.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
• Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound/outbound truck activity logs and prepare reports.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Monitor flights and adapt to procedural changes.
• Communicate with operations and customers via phone and system updates.
• Follow instructions and be flexible for training in all aspects.
