Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Controller to act as the central data hub for the local operation and customer. The role requires professional communication with warehouse and ramp operations, 3rd party trucking providers, and customers via phone and the customer system.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in the customer's standard work manual and will drive required communications, including flight/linehaul delays, escalations, and inventories.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in data entry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to procedures.
• Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound/outbound trucks activity logs.
• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flights.
• Create and send reports on time and in the loop.
• Display teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
