Worldwide Flight Services is hiring an Air Logistics Controller to coordinate data and communications for local operations and customers across inbound/outbound activities. The role requires handling calls, monitoring flights, and producing timely reports while adapting to changing procedures.

The Controller will be the subject matter expert on the customer’s standard work manual, ensuring professional, timely updates and collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• High School, GED or International equivalent.
• Familiarity with customer and warehouse operations workflow.

Job Summary

Air Logistics Controllers function as the central clearing house for all data and information for the local operation and the customer. In this role, the Controller must maintain consistent and professional communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations, 3rd party trucking providers and the customer through phone calls and updates in the customers proprietary computer system.

The successful Controller will be a subject matter expert in the customers standard work manual and use this as a guide to drive required communications. Examples of communications would include notice of flight/linehaul delays, operational escalations and consumable inventories.

• Must be able to lift 50 to 70lbs.
• Must be able to work inclement weather.
