Worldwide Flight Services in Austin, TX is seeking an Air Logistics Controller AUS to act as the central information hub for the local operation and the customer.

You will maintain communications with warehouse and ramp operations, 3rd‑party trucking providers, and the customer, using the customer system to drive required updates and escalations.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• GWAM 35+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.

Air Logistics Controller AUS job at Worldwide Flight Services. Austin, TX.

Job Summary: The role of Controller functions as the central clearing house for all data and information for the local operation and the customer. In this role, the controller must maintain consistent and professional communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations, 3rd‑party trucking providers and the customer through phone calls and updates in the customers proprietary computer system. The successful controller will be a subject matter expert in the customers standard work manual and use this as a guide to drive required communications. Examples of communications include notice of flight/linehaul delays, operational escalations and consumable inventories.
