Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Air Logistics Controller to act as the central data hub for local operations and customers. You will communicate with warehouse, ramp, trucking providers, and customers via phone and their proprietary system, ensuring timely updates and accuracy across operations.

The Controller will follow the client's standard work manual, manage flight/linehaul delays, escalations, and inventory reporting while collaborating with teams and adapting to changing

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• High school diploma, GED or Higher.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep inbound and outbound trucks activity logs.
• Professionally handle inbound calls and outbound calls.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flights.
• Create and send reports on time.”in the loop”
• Display ability to work as a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System.
• Follow instructions.
• Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be flexible.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Any additional tasks or job assignments assigned by management.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
