Qualifications

• 2 years of Data Entry experience.
• Highschool GED or higher required.
• Inbound/outbound calls handling experience beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Inbound/Outbound Trucks Activity Logs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flights and reports.
• Adapt to procedural changes and create timely reports.
• Work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Follow instructions and complete additional tasks as assigned.
