Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Head of AI Solutions Delivery to lead a team of forward deployed engineers, partnering with business stakeholders to co-create and deliver complex AI solutions across our global functions. You will drive scalable, secure architectures and oversee the full lifecycle from ideation to production and optimization.

The role requires 12+ years of experience with 7+ years in leadership, deep AI/ML delivery expertise, and strong business judgment to identify high-ROI

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Senior Leadership Experience: 12+ years with 7+ years of people leadership.
• AI & Advanced Technology Delivery: Proven track record delivering large-scale AI/ML projects.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Ability to identify commercial opportunities and ROI AI use cases.
• Technical Depth & Architecture: Broad leadership across IT domains including microservices and data platforms.
• Modern AI Engineering & Cloud Proficiency: Experience with MLOps and major cloud platforms; Gemini ecosystem preferred.
• Executive Presence & Communication: Ability to engage SVP-level stakeholders.
