Job summary

Hiring Solutions is seeking a Global Head of Solutions to translate deep technical expertise into profitable, repeatable professional services. You will lead a global team of Practice Leaders, shape the org, and scale standardized offerings across regions to drive revenue growth.

You will own the roadmap, package IP into blueprints, and align across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to accelerate go-to-market. This is a builder role requiring strategic vision and execution discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading multi-region professional services or tech transformation programs.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into repeatable offerings and revenue.
• Experience with enterprise AI adoption and SDLC modernization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and drive the global solutions roadmap across regions.
• Package regional IP into repeatable, fixed-scope Solution Blueprints.
• Drive alignment of Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to bring products to market on time and budget.
• Build and manage a global team of Practice Leaders across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Ensure offerings meet customer needs with consistent quality and impact.
