Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Senior Manager of AI-Enabled Engineering to lead a small team delivering scalable, secure, and reliable AI-augmented software solutions. You will mentor 3–5 direct reports while coordinating with Product, Design, and Quality teams to align roadmaps and delivery priorities.

You will establish strong engineering practices, advocate for AI-aware estimation, and drive metrics-driven quality, reliability, and on-call discipline across the org.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with delivery and ops focus.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams, including hiring and coaching.
• Experience with AI-augmented quality oversight using dashboards and metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, and Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint and quarterly commitments with focus on quality and reliability.
• Partner with Product and Design for roadmap planning and delivery trade-offs.
• Establish engineering practices: code review, testing strategy, CI/CD, observability.
• Enable AI fluency and apply AI oversight in daily workflows.
• Drive outcome-based evaluation through architectural judgment and reliability.
