Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will own end-to-end AI architecture, guide engineering teams, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-ready AI systems.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on delivery, and collaboration across product, business, and client teams, with a focus on reliable, secure AI deployments in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software eng. experience with 4+ years in AI/ML solutions.
• Proficient with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Strong cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end AI/ML architectures including LLMs and agent workflows.
• Lead AI engineering teams with hands-on guidance across the development lifecycle.
• Establish best practices for AI development (coding standards, testing, validation, governance).
• Build and deploy AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Drive governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in AI.
• Collaborate with product, business, and client stakeholders on AI roadmaps.
• Drive innovation with reusable components and accelerators.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and capability building.
