Baker Hughes seeks an AI Solutioning Consultant to own the strategy, design, and delivery of advanced automation and AI-driven solutions that transform business processes at scale. You will partner with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and architect agentic frameworks, bringing the art of the possible to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in solution engineering, automation, AI product development, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Strong ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-driven automation solutions at scale.
• Partner with business units to identify high-value AI opportunities and architect solutions.
• Lead build-out of AI and automation in collaboration with engineering and data teams.
• Ensure solutions are secure, governed, and scalable; provide documentation and rollout readiness.
• Provide ongoing optimization recommendations based on feedback and performance.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and roadmap planning with cross-functional teams.
