BWH Hotels is seeking a Managing Director, AI Enablement to direct the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across the organization. This hands-on leadership role directs an AI architect and a small team of engineers, guiding delivery with agile practices and value-based decisions.

You will collaborate with executives to align AI projects with business goals, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading AI initiatives and cross-functional teams.
