Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to craft and oversee global partnerships within the artificial intelligence ecosystem. You’ll lead collaborations with AI labs and coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Architecture to create joint opportunities that scale worldwide.

Based on experience, you’ll shape a new partnership motion, start with focused opportunities, and develop a scalable playbook for Stripe’s regional teams to apply across markets and AI ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner development, business development, or a related commercial role within technology or another complex B2B environment.
• Experience building a strategic technology partnership from its early stages and translating the relationship into joint commercial, go-to-market, or product outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with external partners and cross-functional Sales, Marketing, Product, or technical teams.
• Experience building relationships with senior external stakeholders and leading global or distributed teams through influence.
• Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build senior relationships across the commercial, partnerships, product, and technical organizations of Stripe’s priority AI partners
• Develop and execute global partner strategies, including shared value propositions, joint business plans, success measures, and operating cadences
• Identify and launch co-selling, co-marketing, and co-building initiatives that create value for Stripe, its partners, and shared customers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Architecture, Legal, Finance, and regional partnerships
• Work with Product and technical teams to identify opportunities for product collaboration and support productive technical conversations with partners
• Create repeatable partnership playbooks that regional teams can adapt for local markets and AI ecosystems
• Assess partnership performance, identify opportunities and risks, and communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders
