Capgemini is seeking an AI Growth Leader to drive AI-led business growth across the IBO unit. You will identify, shape, and convert AI opportunities into measurable outcomes, interfacing with global IBO and regional teams to accelerate AI adoption and create differentiated offerings.

The role focuses on market-relevant AI assets, solutioning, and joint go-to-market initiatives across client engagements, aiming to scale opportunities and revenue while leveraging partnerships and industry insights.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, AI/Gen AI, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
• Strong commercial acumen and business case development skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop AI-led growth opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Build a qualified AI opportunity pipeline and drive revenue targets.
• Lead deal shaping, solution positioning, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with account teams to embed AI into strategic client discussions.
