Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Growth Leader in the Americas to drive the AI agenda across strategic accounts. You will advise, frame problems, architect solutions, and lead hands-on AI development from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, AI, data, or technology services; credibility advisory to executives.
• Proven ability to advise at executive level and translate AI opportunities into roadmaps.
• Hands-on AI engineering and building generative AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval/RAG, orchestration.
• Strong architecture across a major cloud platform with security, governance, scalability and cost control.
• Deep industry knowledge in relevant sectors and business economics.
• Strong consulting and commercial skills to structure ambiguous problems and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted AI advisor to senior client stakeholders and shape an AI roadmap.
• Lead discovery with business and technology leaders and frame problems for business and technical audiences.
• Design architectures meeting security, governance, integration and cost requirements; guide delivery teams to production.
• Build prototypes and proofs of value using frontier models with client data and platforms.
• Define business case and success metrics; track value realization post go-live.
• Lead AI content of proposals, orals and client workshops with estimates and delivery plans.
• Create reusable accelerators and collaborate with hyperscalers, data, cloud and industry teams.
