Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology consulting or equivalent experience advising senior executives.
• Proven ability to move from strategic advisory to hands-on delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong hands-on AI engineering with LLMs, retrieval, agents and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted AI advisor to senior client stakeholders and shape AI strategy.
• Lead discovery, frame problems and quantify value for AI initiatives.
• Design enterprise AI architectures with security, governance and cost control.
• Build prototypes and production-ready AI solutions using frontier models and client data.
• Define business cases, track adoption and report realized value.
• Lead proposals, workshops and craft reusable accelerators for the Center of Excellence.
