Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead the Worldwide Agentic Workspaces SA team within AAIS.

You will own the technical strategy, engagement models, and field enablement for agentic desktop solutions, partnering with service, GTM, and product leadership to scale adoption across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. You will guide a globally distributed team of specialists, set the technical bar, and shape reference architectures for end‑user computing in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of end‑user computing technologies including desktop virtualization (VDI), desktop‑as‑a‑service (DaaS), workspace management, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Specialist Solutions Architects across geographies.
• Own the worldwide SA strategy for Agentic Workspaces and define global engagement models.
• Serve as senior technical advisor to enterprise customers evaluating Amazon WorkSpaces and agentic desktop solutions.
• Drive adoption and defend against competitors with differentiated architectures and POC programs.
• Partner with product and service teams to define autonomous AI agent integration with desktops.
