Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to accelerate customer adoption of agentic AI capabilities within Agentic WorkSpaces. You will embed with customers, co-build AI solutions, and drive production-ready deployments across DeskTop Infrastructure environments.

The role emphasizes three pillars: model selection, prompt configuration, and tool integration, with a focus on customer data readiness, secure access, and scalable reference architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.
• Familiarity with MCP for tool integration and/or A2A for multi-agent communication.
• Understanding of VDI/ DaaS architecture, networking, identity and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams to understand requirements and transform findings into actionable deployment plans.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces, including AI agent creation, prompting, and tool integration.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and scripting (Python, Node.js).
• Architect secure access patterns to cloud data systems (DynamoDB, RDS, S3) to power AI agent tools and RAG.
• Experiment with and validate WorkSpaces architectures to ensure production readiness and guide customers to production rollouts.
