Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a hands-on Solutions Architect for the Agentic WorkSpaces team.

You will embed with customers to design, implement, and productionize agentic AI across Desktop Infrastructure and DaaS, pairing with customer engineers to move from proof-of-concept to production in weeks rather than months. You will lead discovery, configure AI agents, prompts, and tool integrations, and ensure secure data access for RAG-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to translate business requirements into production deployment plans for Agentic WorkSpaces.
• Design, configure, and integrate agentic AI solutions within the WorkSpaces environment.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions and scripting (Python, Node.js).
• Architect secure data access patterns to power AI agent tools and RAG workflows from cloud data services.
