Job summary
Amazon is building Agentic WorkSpaces, a platform where the workspace collaborates with humans and AI to deliver smarter decisions at enterprise scale. As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will solve deep technical problems, mentor teams, and drive cross-region launches across Windows and Linux to deliver a unified agentic experience.
You will partner with AWS and Bedrock teams, shaping secure, scalable architectures and governance while delivering innovative agent-based workspaces
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development, non-internship.
- Experience programming in at least one major language.
- Proven design or architecture leadership for scalable systems.
- Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team is preferred.
- Experience with end-to-end software development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into concrete system deliverables.
- Collaborate with scientists, PMs, and engineers to raise the bar for operational excellence.
- Lead design and implementation of architecture, security, and governance for agentic WorkSpaces.
- Coordinate multi-region, multi-OS releases ensuring parity across Windows and Linux.
