Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a hands-on Solutions Architect to accelerate adoption of agentic AI capabilities built on WorkSpaces. Embedded with customers, you will design, implement, and validate production-grade AI workspace solutions.

You will lead discovery, configure tools, and build integrations using Lambda, API Gateway, and Bedrock. You will travel 25-40% to customer sites and partner with engineering teams to move from PoC to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, cloud, systems engineering, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years design/implementation in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.
• Familiarity with MCP and A2A for multi-agent integration.
• Understanding of VDI and DaaS architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams to understand business requirements and current desktop infrastructure.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces, including AI agent creation, prompts, and tool integration.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and scripting (Python, Node.js).
• Architect secure access patterns to cloud-based data systems (DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Knowledge Bases) for AI agents and RAG.
• Deploy Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, Pools and WorkSpaces Applications for agentic AI experiences.
• Guide customers through testing, evaluation, and validation of AI agent performance before production deployment.
• Create reusable artifacts and contribute to knowledge base for best practices.
• Provide Voice-of-Customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
