Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Agency Partner Manager Graduate (Scaled Growth) for a 2027 start in New York. You will manage agency relationships, drive revenue growth with partners, and support new partner acquisition, gaining exposure to TikTok's advertising solutions.

You will leverage data to inform decisions, collaborating with internal teams to unlock growth opportunities and enable partner success. A strong communicator with a data mindset will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong interest in sales, digital advertising, technology, media, or agency partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building client and partner relationships.
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how businesses grow through digital advertising.
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to identify opportunities and support recommendations.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to reach out to and engage potential new partners.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage agency relationships: Support a portfolio of small and medium-sized agencies, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and growth opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth: Help identify ways to increase advertiser investment on TikTok through existing agency partners and new business opportunities.
• Support new partner acquisition: Assist in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new agency partners to expand TikTok’s ecosystem.
• Develop commercial and product knowledge: Build understanding of TikTok’s advertising solutions and how they can be used to drive client success.
• Use data to inform decisions: Leverage performance data and insights to identify trends, surface opportunities, and support recommendations.
• Enable agency success: Support agencies through education, best practices, and ongoing account support to improve performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to support partner needs, resolve issues, and unlock growth opportunities.
• Manage priorities and execution: Learn to organize a portfolio of partners, track progress, and support execution against growth goals.
