Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Agency Partner Manager for Scaled Growth in Los Angeles to drive global client acquisition through agency partnerships. You will expand the SMB agency book and collaborate with direct sales to build a high-quality client pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing or ad sales with agency experience; proven sales results; ability to manage multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management
• Experience in marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnerships-type role
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business
• Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar - grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies and pitch scalable propositions.
• Grow deep understanding of TikTok's products and tools; escalate and troubleshoot agency issues.
• Own partnerships with small and medium agencies to optimize TikTok campaigns at scale.
• Maintain a growth mindset and adapt to changes as opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
