FDH Aero, a trusted global supply chain solutions partner, seeks a Senior Account Executive in Commerce, CA, to drive sales strategies and program development. You will collaborate with multiple teams to represent the sales interests and expand partnerships, while managing terms, pricing, and customer requirements.

The role requires 7–10 years of sales experience, strong communication, and ERP/MS Office proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 7-10 years of related Sales experience.
• Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or government regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence and procedures.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge in company basic ERP and internet browsing.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process quotes, orders, pricing, and shipping costs.
• Communicate with customers and process RFQs, POs, returns, and order follow-ups.
• Possess detailed product knowledge and troubleshoot customer needs.
• Create and build customer relationships via email and phone.
• Negotiate prices with customers for potential orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Shipping, Quality, Finance, Operations and Purchasing.
