FDH Aero in Commerce, California is seeking an Account Manager to join our fast‑paced inside sales team. You will manage quotes, orders, pricing, availability, and shipping costs while guiding customers through the purchasing process.

You will collaborate with outside sales, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with terms, export rules, and product requirements. A 2–3 year aerospace sales background and strong communication skills are required. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years inside sales experience in aerospace is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document handling.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process quotes, orders, pricing, availability, and shipping costs.
• Communicate with customers and process RFQs, POs, returns, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate prices with customers to close orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders.
• Collaborate with outside sales on quotes, reports, and product availability.
• Recommend products and services that fit customer needs.
• Review and enter purchase orders to ensure terms, quality, and customer requirements.
• Maintain professionalism with customers, supervisors and colleagues.
• Pursue disposition of open non-conforming submittals with customers.
• Negotiate discounts to complete sales.
• Maintain export licensing with international customers.
• Understand product import/export processes and work with customs brokers.
• Validate PO details and transfer to sales orders accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
