FDH Aero is seeking a Senior Director, Sales to lead strategic direction, performance, and expansion of its sales organization across key markets. You will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and cultivate strategic relationships with top-tier customers.

The role requires deep aerospace or industrial distribution experience, a proven track record of leadership at scale, and the ability to execute with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in Sales/Marketing; aerospace or industrial distribution background preferred.
• Proven track record leading sales organizations, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, negotiate complex contracts, and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes long-term sales strategies across markets and customer segments.
• Leads and scales a high-performing sales leadership team with accountability and customer focus.
• Oversees enterprise relationships, negotiates contracts, and drives year-over-year growth.
• Forecasts revenue, manages bids, and aligns with finance, operations, and customer service.
• Shapes go-to-market strategies and owns key metrics like revenue and customer satisfaction.
