Job summary

FDH Aero, a trusted global supply chain partner in aerospace and defense, seeks an Account Manager to drive quotes, orders, and customer relationships. You will engage with customers, process RFQs and POs, and negotiate pricing while coordinating with cross-functional teams to fulfill commitments.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of inside sales in aerospace, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of inside sales experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Accurate Data Entry, attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process quotes, orders, pricing, availability, shipping costs, etc.
• Communicate with customers and process RFQs, POs, Returns, order follow-ups.
• Negotiate prices with customers for potential orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order flow.
• Collaborate with outside sales team for quotes, reports and product availability.
• Recommend products and services best fitting customer needs.
• Review POs to ensure terms, quality, and requirements are met.
