We seek a Strategic Account Manager to drive account growth, build senior-level relationships, and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and Operations to meet our customer’s current and long-term needs.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, revenue growth, and effective collaboration across FDH’s portfolio and partners to deliver value and superior service.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the account strategy for a designated key customer, aligning priorities with FDH’s objectives and growth plan.
• Serve as the principal commercial leader and primary point of accountability for the customer relationship.
• Establish FDH as a strategic partner by delivering solutions that support the customer’s technical, operational, and program requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business strategy, programs, and growth plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution by aligning Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and leadership.
