Job summary

FDH Aero, headquartered in Commerce, CA, seeks a Sales Analyst to deliver data-driven sales forecasts from demand signals and manage CRM pipeline accuracy. You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to align forecasts with inventory and revenue goals.

Applicants should bring 3–5 years in demand planning and strong analytical skills, with ERP/CRM experience and a customer-focused mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role in Commerce, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain function.
• Strong forecasting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and inventory planning tools.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rolling forecast monthly for Vendor On Order (VOO) and Inventory Receipts from suppliers.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Sales to forecast the value of purchases needing to be placed.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop a forecast that will support the Revenue forecast.
• Communicate forecast with Purchasing leadership, and determine parts that are deficient in supporting the Revenue forecast.
• Maintain the pipeline in our CRM tool.
• Review historical purchasing trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Own Planning methodology for parts being planned using Quantum.
• Define forecast granularity and netting rules with all stakeholders.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
