Blue Aerospace is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Tamarac, FL office. You will support contract preparation, amendments, change orders, and coordinate with customers and 3rd party freight forwarders to secure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing quotes and purchase orders, processing terms and conditions, expediting open POs, and updating ERP data for billing and shipping instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Review and provide guidance in contract preparation, amendments and change orders.
• Coordinate with customers and 3rd party freight forwarders for shipping instructions.
• Calculate shipping costs to include in invoices.
• Maintain and update delivery data for current and outstanding shipments.
• Manage order fulfillment, including PO/review and terms/conditions.
• Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors.
• Ensure materials are ordered per procedures and delivered on time.
• Expedite and track status on open POs.
• Collaborate with Sales on past-due shipments.
• Resolve supplier discrepancies.
• Manage ERP for assigned customers including billing and shipping instructions.
• Provide admin support and assist managers in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate project tasks to meet timelines.
• Verify orders per company standards before acknowledgment.
• Maintain clear documentation for each order.
• Transfer quotes to ERP and update as needed.
