Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, knowledge of Import/Export processes, and experience with Cargowise and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Import/Export processes.
• US Customs law knowledge; TSA compliance a plus.
• Experience with Cargowise and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize and work proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export shipments from start to finish.
• Update system with comments and actions for workflow clarity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to optimize costs.
• Ensure Customs Entries and AES filings are completed accurately.
• Handle high-volume shipment requests and respond to inquiries.
