Job summary

Blue Aerospace in Tamarac, Florida, is seeking an Operations/Logistics Coordinator to join our aerospace-focused team. The role supports order fulfillment, contracts, and shipping coordination with freight forwarders, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

You will manage ERP data for assigned customers, prepare purchase orders, monitor shipments, and collaborate with Sales to resolve past-due deliveries, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to obtain shipping instructions and work with 3rd party freight forwarders.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, terms and conditions, and order review.
• Expedite and track status on all open purchase orders.
• Manage ERP data for assigned customers, including billing and shipping info.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each order and ensure on-time delivery.
