Job summary

Blue Aerospace is seeking an Operations/Logistics Coordinator for its Tamarac, Florida office. The role focuses on shipping coordination, order fulfillment, and ERP management to ensure timely delivery and compliance with procedures.

You will work with customers and freight forwarders, manage purchase orders, and support the sales team to resolve past-due shipments while maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quantum database or similar ERP is a plus.
• Prior logistics experience is required.
• Experience in an aerospace environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving, self-motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to obtain shipping instructions and with 3rd party freight forwarders.
• Calculate and include shipping costs in invoices.
• Maintain and update delivery data on shipments.
• Manage customer order fulfillment including PO review and terms.
• Expedite and track status on all open purchase orders.
• Coordinate ERP updates for billing and shipping.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with procedures.
• Provide admin support and assist managers in operational activities.
