Job summary

B&H Worldwide is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure Import and Export shipments are managed from start to finish with top-tier service for aerospace customers.

You will work within the Export & Import Operations team, updating the Company system, handling documentation, AES filings, and liaising with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining compliance. Strong attention to detail and TSA knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of import/export processes and TSA compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work proactively and build relationships.
• Experience with cargo shipments and aviation logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments from start to finish ensuring safety and compliance.
• Complete AES filings accurately and on time.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transport providers.
• Create AWB from A-Z and manage the complete lifecycle.
• Handle AOG and priority shipments with care.
• Monitor billing, profitability, and process improvements.
