Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead strategic relations with a major Global Account. You will drive growth across regions, coordinate with product groups, and mentor sales colleagues in a remote capacity, based in Michigan or Ontario.

You will manage executive-level engagements, identify new opportunities, and expand Rockwell’s presence globally, delivering value across geographic boundaries. Travel up to 30% with some international trips is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Experience selling at executive levels and conveying business value.
• 8+ years in technical sales or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with principal sponsors and formalize expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities with the Global Account.
• Lead extended teams to enable global selling and cross-border delivery.
• Mentor colleagues as an Executive Sales Professional.
