Reachdesk is seeking an Accounting Manager in New York, NY (remote option for US East Coast) to own the accounting function from monthly close through US GAAP consolidation and audits. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll ensure the integrity of our numbers across six entities and multiple currencies.

You’ll build a high-performing international accounting team, strengthen internal controls, and push automation using NetSuite and SuiteBilling to accelerate the close and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, incl. ASC 606.
• Public accounting or complex multi-entity experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity; ensure reconciliations are complete and reviewed.
• Lead technical accounting analysis across revenue recognition, principal vs agent, wallet balances, breakage, and intercompany.
• Oversee group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
• Improve internal controls, including prepaid wallet funds and segregation of duties.
• Manage tax compliance with external advisers (corporate tax, US sales tax, UK/EU VAT).
• Collaborate with Leaders to drive Finance initiatives and projects to completion.
• Drive accounting process improvements and automation with NetSuite and integrations.
• Lead and develop the international accounting team with clear performance standards.
