Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Global Account Executive to grow new business by expanding product portfolios within existing accounts and developing new customers.

This field role is structured for a home-office setup, with travel to customer sites within the territory. You will identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, present value, overcome objections, and close sales, aligning with SHI’s comprehensive solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful field sales experience.
• Minimum 50% time outside of an office setting.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within assigned territory and establish new customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Communicate SHI’s portfolio of products, solutions, and services to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to win new business and drive revenue.
