You will build executive relationships, develop account strategies, and lead cross-functional execution to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and alignment

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• 5-8 years of customer-facing experience in a Sales/Account Leadership role.
• Ability to influence multiple decision makers and close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and profitable growth of assigned global key accounts.
• Serve as an interface between the customer and the organization across regions and business units.
• Build executive-level relationships to strengthen satisfaction, retention, and partnership alignment.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet financial and growth targets.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities within accounts and adjacent segments.
• Lead strategic account planning and communicate value proposition clearly.
• Deliver executive-level communications with data-driven insights and business justification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract execution and delivery per requirements.
• Maintain opportunity management with CRM visibility and forecasting accuracy.
