QUAY Acceleration is seeking an Acceleration Program Manager to support daily operations, recruitment, and execution of accelerator programs. You will source top startups globally, manage communications with applicants and partners, and help shape the program experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, program administration, mentorship coordination, and event planning. It also offers a remote-first environment with travel opportunities and a competitive base salary in New York.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in business or startup environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with mentor networks and program operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage startup selection process communications and due diligence.
• Coordinate program operations, scheduling, and mentor sessions.
• Create decks and promotional materials for the accelerator.
• Maintain CRM records and network relationships with VCs and partners.
• Support international travel and travel planning.
