Job summary

Amgen in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Business Product and Transformation lead for Marketing AI Capabilities. You will translate needs into practical workflows, govern data and AI signals, and drive adoption across Marketing and Commercial teams.

You will partner with enterprise data, Digital Technology, and governance functions to ensure compliant, scalable AI-enabled experiences and measurable outcomes. This role offers remote-friendly work and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Pharma/healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience translating customer or business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to adoption.
• Working fluency in AI, data, and digital-product concepts.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, data, technology and governance functions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business product and delivery for Marketing Command Center with a prioritized roadmap.
• Design role-aware experiences with analysts, marketers, brand teams and leaders.
• Translate priorities into operating-model requirements and adoption measures.
• Partner with data/analytics, Digital Tech, and other capability owners to integrate data products into workflows.
• Coordinate requirements, user testing, governance, and scale of AI capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional delivery, change readiness, and adoption across multiple functions.
