• 5+ years managing branch, service center, or field service operations with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in glass, glazing, construction, building products, or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability, manage budgets, optimize workflows, and track KPIs to meet financial targets.
• Recruit, coach, and retain field glazing technicians, customer service reps, drivers, and admin staff.
• Build relationships with key clients and serve as the main escalation point for glazing service requests.
