Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Service Center Manager to lead our glazing division’s service center in Chattanooga, TN. You will own daily operations, oversee a multi-disciplinary team, and drive profitability with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

This leadership role requires 5+ years in branch/operations management, proven P&L ownership, and the ability to deliver revenue growth while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch/service center/operations management experience.
• Proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong P&L ownership and budgeting experience.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; OSHA familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service center operations and ensure efficient workflows.
• Provide leadership to technicians, customer service, drivers, and admin staff.
• Own the location's P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage budgets, costs, margins, and key business metrics; implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and service excellence.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees; coach performance.
• Foster a safe, accountable culture focused on safety and productivity.
