Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Center Manager to take full operational and financial ownership of a high-volume service center on the East Coast.

You will lead daily branch operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and oversee P&L performance. Experience in glass, glazing, or building products is preferred and relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing branch or service-center operations with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in glass, glazing, construction, building products, or facilities management.
• Experience managing operations with $1M+ in annual revenue is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Center Manager to take full operational and financial ownership of a high-volume service center on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & P&L: Drive branch profitability, manage budgets, optimize operational workflows, and track KPIs to meet financial targets.

Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and retain field glazing technicians, customer service representatives, drivers, and admin staff.

Customer Experience: Build relationships with key clients and serve as the main escalation point for complex projects and glazing service requests.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead a safety-first culture across all branch operations.

Qualifications

5+ years managing branch, service center, or field service operations with direct P&L ownership.

Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing customer relationships.

Experience in glass, glazing, construction, building products, or facilities management preferred.

Experience managing operations with $1M+ in annual revenue is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience.
