Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Center Manager / Operations Manager for the East Coast, USA. The role carries full operational and financial ownership of a high-volume service center, with relocation assistance available and a competitive base salary plus a 20% bonus.

You will lead daily branch operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and oversee P&L performance. Experience in glass, glazing, or building products is preferred and a strong safety compliance mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing branch, service center, or field service operations with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in glass, glazing, construction, building products, or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations & P&L: Drive branch profitability, manage budgets, optimize operational workflows, and track KPIs to meet financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and retain field glazing technicians, customer service representatives, drivers, and admin staff.
• Customer Experience: Build relationships with key clients and serve as the main escalation point for complex projects and glazing service requests.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead a safety-first culture across all branch operations.
