Iantrek, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Surgical Glaucoma Manager to drive the adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across an assigned territory. You will develop business plans, build surgeon relationships, and work with cross‑functional teams to onboard surgeons and secure product approvals.

You will travel to hospitals and ASCs, represent the company at events, and maintain CRM records to ensure pipeline visibility while meeting sales targets and upholding Iantrek’s values.

Formación

• 5+ years of ophthalmic sales experience with medical devices.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clinical acumen to discuss procedural and patient-care benefits.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with market dynamics and goals.
• Understand market access and payer considerations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and practice staff.
• Foster physician advocacy within ASCs and academic training programs.
• Collaborate with ASC and hospital administration to secure product approval.
• Represent Iantrek at congresses, wet labs, and local events.
• Partner with clinical, marketing and training teams to onboard surgeons.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline visibility and accountability.
• Deliver on sales goals while upholding company values of trust and collaboration.
