Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee to be trained as a proficient auto glass technician. You will complete hands-on and classroom training to earn Safelite SafeTech certification and gain skills for glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations.

Starting pay is $20.25/hour weekly, rising to $24.00/hour after training and certification, with benefits and tuition reimbursement available. You’ll work in a role focused on safety, quality, and customer happiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
